The Olomouc Holice warehouses can be found right next to the D1 motorway exit, just a 10-minute drive to the centre of Olomouc. In the near future, an extension is planned towards Sumperk. Olomouc offers a highly qualified workforce, an ideal location for logistics, distribution or light manufacturing. There is 5000 m2 of storage space, which can be further divided. It is planned to expand by another 3,500 m2 of land.
